Shipping Policy

At NurturPet, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Because we work with a network of trusted suppliers and fulfilment partners located in different regions, shipping times can vary depending on the product ordered and the destination country.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may occasionally be longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with any available shipping and tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier location, shipping method selected, and destination country.

While many orders arrive sooner, international deliveries may take longer than domestic shipments.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, and peak shipping periods, may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking information.

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Some products, shipping methods, or destinations may not include tracking.

Multiple Shipments

As we work with multiple suppliers and fulfilment centres, items purchased in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this happens, your items may arrive on different days and in separate packages.

This is completely normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with local laws and regulations in their country.

Where applicable, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

NurturPet cannot be responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the relevant shipping partner.

While we will always do our best to help locate delayed shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed to a carrier.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographs of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
