Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:

Is unused and in its original condition

Is returned in its original packaging

Shows no signs of wear, damage, or use

Is accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened or used pet care products

Opened health, wellness, or grooming products

Consumable products, including supplements, treats, and similar items

Any item that has been used, worn, washed, or altered
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:

Photographs of the packaging

A description of the issue
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a faulty product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Delivery Information
As we work with a network of trusted suppliers and fulfilment partners, delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered and the destination country.
We make every effort to ensure orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. In some cases, items from the same order may arrive separately if they are shipped from different fulfilment locations.
